A.R.E. Meeting for 7/20/26
Six endearing Cayce pupils finished the chapter on Love by watching the remainder of a Cayce Arizona video. Next week we will start book two.
Experiment: Kevin Todeschi told a story of spending a week greeting everyone he interacted with by internally saying “Namaste” (the Divine in me honors the Divine in you). He noticed that by changing his internal perspective and treating every person as a “vehicle of the Divine,” his external interactions instantly became more patient, compassionate, and harmonious. See if you notice a change of vibration between yourself and others.

A.R.E. Meeting for 7/13/26
Five of us comingled in love, while a sixth had Zoom issues. We continued with the chapter on Love, by reviewing the experiment from last week, and continuing with a Cayce lecture on the topic by John Schroeder.
Experiment: For one week, use a portion of your meditation to focus on the love that God has for you! Try to abide in that love throughout the day.

A.R.E. Meeting for 7/6/26
Six students, fully present in the now, came together to add their thoughts on the chapter on Love. After discussing the weekly experiment, we watched part of a movie on the topic.
Experiment: Select and write down the name of one person in your life whom you would like to love more deeply. Write out a list of your current perspectives and feelings about this person. Each day for at least a week keep an attitude of being open to see a deeper reality. This new perspective of a greater dimension may come through a dream, a meditation insight, an intuitive impression or something that someone else says. Keep a record of how a new, more loving outlook towards this person awakens in you.

A.R.E. Meeting for 6/15/26
Six passionate Cayce followers continued with the SFG Book 1 chapter on Love. We read "The Power of Love" and "The Test of Love" sections and watched the short McMillan video on Love.
Experiment 1: Make an effort to experience the potential within you to love life. Try to have a feeling of trusting life. Look beneath those experiences that seem ‘‘ugly, or heavy, or hard” for a deeper meaning and the hand of the divine. Record instances in which you are able to see life in this way.
Experiment 2: Select and write down the name of one person whom you frequently view as an enemy, a rival or a troublesome person. Then write down the good qualities that you can see in him. If you cannot think of any, spend several days observing him in your daily life until you find something you can write down. Finally, spend at least a week thinking of that person in terms of these good qualities and acting on that perception. Keep a record of your actions.

A.R.E. Meeting for 5/18/26
Leader: Tim
Five
fortuitous followers continued with the “The Lord Thy God is One” chapter and
read the section “The At-onement Through Jesus, the Christ.”
Experiment: When you find yourself desiring something or longing to repeat an experience you have already had, use the affirmation, “I have that experience within myself.” Let this affirmation awaken in your mind the realization of the oneness of all time.

A.R.E. Meeting for 5/11/26
Leader: Tim
Six attuned members continued with the “The Lord Thy God is One” chapter. We read the section “How We May Come into the Realization of the Oneness” in both the SFG book and the SFG Paraphrased book. We also read a part of the Oneness chapter in Edgar Cayce’s Twelve Lessons in Personal Spirituality.
Experiment: Each day for a week keep this attitude in your meditation periods: “‘I am not concerned with what experiences come to me, but with how much I am able to give of myself to God and express my devotion.”
Experiment: In your daily contacts with others, imagine that they are part of your immediate family. If you feel apathetic or upset with someone, try to imagine how you might feel more caring or tolerant if that person were a close and beloved family member (e.g., a sister, brother, father, aunt, etc.). Then try to act on that new feeling. Record instances in which you try this experiment. Write the person’s name (unless it is someone you don’t know), the family member status you imagine for him, and how you acted on the feeling.
Example:
Person: a stranger I was sitting next to on
the bus
Family status imagined: that she was
my sister
Action: I struck up a friendly conversation with her instead of just sitting
there silently next to her.

Five faithful Cayce followers spent another week on “The Cross and the Crown” chapter. We read the collected works of David McMillin for that chapter and studied an article on Jesus’ karma. In that article, we learned that Jesus may have had an incarnation in the land of the setting sun.

A.R.E. Meeting for 4/20/26
All six group members reunited to finish our reading of “The Cross and the Crown” chapter.
Experiment: Look for joy in living. Express joy in dealing with others. Live with an attitude of enjoyment of being alive in this place and in this special time in man’s spiritual evolution.

A.R.E. Meeting for 4/6/26
Leader: Cindi
Six Cayce followers took up their yokes as we worked the chapter on “The Cross and the Crown.” We read the sections “Why Did He Come into the World as a Man That He Might Bear a Cross?” and “Why Do We, as Individuals, Necessarily Bear Much That He Bore, and Yet Say That When Taking His Yoke upon Us the Cross Becomes Easy?”
Experiment: Choose and write down an area of your life in which you feel burdened. List the ways you have to work to feel this way—the attitudes you have to work on holding, the behaviors you have to do to keep this feeling. Then select one item from your list and write a more constructive replacement attitude or behavior. Work each day for at least a week on expressing that replacement in this area of your life.
burdened
by: frequent arguments with Richard
attitudes and behaviors I work at: (1) make an effort to recall past instances where I thought he was selfish (2) make an effort to feel resentful (3) make an effort to speak unkindly of him to others
replacement: begin to speak in a more positive way of him
to others
