Five filled with Philia (Greek word for deep friendship) finished reading the SFG Book 1 chapter on Love.
 
Experiment: Love others by being present in the now and by giving without trying to elicit a particular response. Keep a record of those specific instances in which you were able to love in this way.
Example: I helped my child clean up his room without any concern as to whether or not he would thank me when we were done.
