We read Cayce’s Story of the Bible again this week, starting with “To Your Tents, O Israel!” on page 382. We continued on with “Jeroboam, King of Israel,” Jeroboam’ Fall,” Jeroboam and the Man of God,” “The Prophet,” and “The Kingdom of Judah.” Next week we will start at “The Story Begins,” on page 395.

A.R.E. Meeting for 9/21/15

We took up reading Cayce’s Story of the Bible again this week and the big lesson was that we are our brother’s keeper, which led to a good discussion on the immigrant and refugee problem facing the world. In the book we started at Part Three, “From Solomon’s Glories to the Birth of Jesus,” on page 367. We then proceeded on to “Foreword: World Affairs and the Bible,” “Introduction: The Coming is from Within,” “Solomon’s Sins,” “Benaiah,” and “Coronation and Rebellion.” Next week we will pick up at “To Your Tents, O Israel!” on page 382.

We took another break from reading Cayce’s Story of the Bible this week so we could talk about angels. We watched a John Van Auken Earth-Keepers presentation where he discusses angels (that link was sent out yesterday), and we watched some brief portions of this week’s A.R.E Reflections presentation with Karen Noe.
